Austrian cuisine for your seminar at the Thermal World Hotel, Carinthia

Incentive creations for gourmets
Where hard work meets pure enjoyment - Carinthia’s Nock Mountains in Austria
For a successful and constructive seminar day the focus should not only lie on the necessary seminar premises or conference facilities, but also on the right nutritional aspects. Healthy and nutritional foods should be supplied so that everyone can work more effectively and productively. After all, your body and brain need energy. The Thermal World Hotel Pulverer has therefore put together a special list of the most important dietary tips to benefit concentration and performance.
- To recharge your batteries at the start of the day, the choice of breakfast is important: wholegrain bread and rolls, cereals and fruits are ideal to ensure a consistent performance.
- Raw vegetables guarantee the optimum ability to concentrate over a longer period of time.
- Apples are particularly performance-enhancing.
- Nuts, cheese and eggs aid quick thinking and enhance the brain function.
- Dry fruits provide energy in a concentrated form.
