Prices per person/night, incl. half-board with extended (late riser's) breakfast buffet, afternoon snack, 5-course dinner (a la carte menu and daily fresh starter buffet), use of our 2,100 sq m large spa and sauna area; WITHOUT local taxes of € 2,50 per person and night - this amount will be charged separate on your bill in hotel! Children till the age of 16,99 years are be free of charge of these local taxes.

- Reductions for children when sharing a room with 2 adults: 1-3 years old 90%, 4-9 years old 60%, 10-13 years old 40%, from 14 years old 20%
- Surcharge for single occupation of apartment 40%
- Discount for unconsumed half board € 15 per person/day
- Diet and wholemeal dishes upon advance booking andagreement
- Dogs: small dogs € 12,-/day, large dogs € 18,-/day, without food. Please note that animals are not allowed in our thermal world, in the restaurant area or in our garden.
- Garage € 12,-/day
- Room categories with swiss pine wood are only available for 2 adults!
- On the day of your departure you can use the thermal area after checking out (by 11.00 am) for an extra charge of only € 20,- per adult, for children older than 4 years € 10,-. The afternoon snack is also included in the extra charge.
- Differences between the ground plans and short descriptions may occur

- For reservation with HALF-BOARD a minimum 2 night stay is necessary; for overnight stays only breakfast is included
- Please note: when you book a package-deal, there is no discount for dinners which go unconsumed and treatments cannot be changed!
In case of cancellation, delayed arrival or premature departure, billing will take place according to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions. Court of jurisdiction: Klagenfurt. If you with, you can take out European travel insurance on our homepage!
