Fancy a proper break in an Alpine chalet? Then you should pay a visit to the Pulverer chalets. The Kaiserburg restaurant at 2,050m altitude can be reached comfortably via the Kaiserburg cabin cable car. The restaurant is located right by the higher terminus. From the sun terrace with panoramic views you will enjoy a fabulous view from the Karanken to the High Tauern. On sunny clear days the view stretches as far as the impressive Großglockner summit, the highest mountain in Austria (3,798m).

The team at reception happily will supply baby monitors for you. The deposit will be booked on your room tab and removed once the baby monitor has been returned.

Get yourself some well-deserved relaxation for a whole day during your holiday while your offspring is looked after by a professional babysitter, which the team at reception will organise for you. Bathrobes and bathing towels are available in your bathroom in the bathing basket. If you require them to be changed simply leave the used ones on the bathroom floor and the maids will replace them. Entering the hotel bar wearing a bathrobe is not allowed. You are kindly asked to leave your bathrobe in your room when checking out, otherwise the amount of €55 will be added to your bill. Of course you can purchase a bathrobe at reception at any time.

Under the motto “health through water” two different kinds of baths are on offer for you. For a romantic bubble bath for two we recommend the unique Champagne Bath. Free of charge! The bus stop is located right outside the Thermal World Hotel Pulverer. The bus will bring you directly from the hotel into the town of Bad Kleinkirchheim. Please bring your guest card.

A bathing basket is available in your bathroom for the duration of your stay. Should you plan to use the sauna bathing complex on your departure day, please leave the used bathing basket in your room and ask for a fresh one at reception.

Is the right choice for a cozy afternoon coffee or to take tea. Pastries, cakes and ice specialities will delight your taste buds, but savoury snacks are also served if you feel peckish.

Please have a look at the daily selection of cakes at the hotel bar. All cakes, tartes, strudels and pastries are produced in the hotel’s own patisserie. Cakes for special events such as birthdays, weddings, christenings or company parties can be ordered.

Once a week the kitchen team at the Thermal world Hotel Pulverer serves a special gourmet menu. To set the right tone for an evening of elegance a festive dress code is required. The dinner starts with a welcome cocktail at 6.30pm.

Right on the main street opposite the Thermal Römerbad you will find an ESSO gas station.

On the evening of your arrival day the Health spa card (guest card) is waiting at reception for you.

Your opinion is important to the team at the Thermal World Hotel Pulverer. The employees are pleased with every filled-out questionnaire and are of course available for a chat!

The hotel team would like to inform you that at reception you have access to a hotel safe, where you can securely store your valuables and monies. You will also find a safe in all rooms at Hotel Pulverer, where valuables and monies insured up to the amount of €14,535 can also be stored. The hotel cannot be liable for valuables left in your room such as money, jewellery, important documents etc.

The hotel lobby is equipped with Wi-Fi, which you can use free of charge. At reception you will receive an entry code. If you want to use the internet in your room please pay for your internet time at reception (30 minutes min.) and you will receive another entry code for the internet. You will be charged a deposit for the modem, which will be refunded once the modem has been returned of course.

Reception is covered 24 hours a day. Your keycard however is your room key as well as the key to open the front door at night with the sensor located on the right of the door. The team at reception will charge a key deposit of €5 to your room bill and ask that you look after your keycard. When you return your keycard on your check out date the deposit will be returned.

Please place found items at reception. Found items are kept for 2 months and will be sent to the owners on request. The hotel is not liable for items left behind or items that are lost.

Your luggage can be stored safely in the store room on your check-out day.

The Vitality Oasis team at the Thermal World Hotel Pulverer will be happy to advise you regarding the massages on offer and are available for you daily from 8am until 6pm. Or they can be reached on extension -35 to make an appointment.

The Pulverer 'sleep-in' breakfast is offered from 7am until 11am. Dinner is served from 6:30pm until 9pm. Please understand that our kitchen team prepare the dishes fresh and from scratch and short wait times can occur between courses.

You will receive messages in writing either at your table at the restaurant or in your room.

Please note that any opened packages or bottles will be added to your hotel bill. Your mini bar is controlled and restocked daily. You are asked to provide details of products you consumed on your last evening at the reception to settle your hotel bill. Not-listed consumption will also be charged accordingly.

Please turn off your mobile phone in the restaurant and the quiet areas. Give yourself and others some well-deserved rest and relaxation.

Directly in front of the hotel parking is only available for loading and unloading your luggage. Please also keep this space free for the fire brigade. The large parking lot is located on the north side of the hotel entrance. The team kindly asks you not to use your car during the peak holiday season to save our wonderful environment. A shuttle bus is available from right outside the hotel or on the main street – 100 metres away from the hotel – free of charge of course.

The team at reception will happily accept cash, as well as switch, Maestro or Visa and Mastercard. The hotel tab can be settled from 8am until 12pm or the previous night after dinner until 9pm.

Postcards of the 5-star Hotel Pulverer are available at reception free of charge. Send warm regards to your loved ones back home from your holiday in Carinthia, Austria!

Your personal mail can of course be left with reception to post or you can put into the mailbox on your left in front of the hotel entrance.

You will find a selection of radio stations in the TV guide in your room. Switch on the TV and choose the desired channel. The radio is also controlled via the TV.

The hotel restaurant is open during breakfast from 7am until 11am and during dinner time from 6:30pm until 9pm.

Your room key is a keycard and it opens your room as well as the front door at night with the sensor located on the right of the door. The team at reception will charge a key deposit of €5 to your room bill and ask that you look after your keycard. When you return your keycard on your check out date the deposit will be refunded.

For money and valuables worth up to 14,535.00 Euro, the safe in your room is at your disposal. The room safe and the manual can be found in the wardrobe. Should you need assistance please contact reception. Please note: some of our room safes ask for an activator, which you will receive at reception. Please note that the hotel cannot be liable for valuables which are not placed in the hotel safe.

Our guests have access to the following saunas in the hotel area: Finnish sauna, steam bath, Tepidarium, herbal and aroma grotto, herbal sauna, the “Troadkast’n Sauna (outdoors) with bucket shower outdoors, infrared sauna cabin and cozy, light-flooded quiet rooms featuring refreshments and fresh fruit. The sauna areas are open daily from 2pm until 7:30pm. Please note that children under the age of 15 are not allowed to enter the sauna facilities. The Thermal Adventure Bath with the hotel’s own thermal spring is open daily from 7am until 7:30pm. The entrance is located on the ground floor next to the lift. We ask you to please follow our bathing regulations.

The hotel’s own thermal water is suitable for any age group. Our thermal spring is an Akrato thermal spring. The thermal water at the Thermal World Hotel Pulverer eases rheumatic symptoms for sufferers of rheumatic diseases, degenerative joint and vertebrae diseases (arthritis, spondylolysis, myalgia, fibromyalgia, connective tissue diseases). It eases functional pains (cervicalgia, lumbalgia, fibromyalgia, chronic back pain, cervical migraine), relieves stress, exhaustion, sleeping disorders, blood circulation disorders and also enhances healing after operations and injuries of the locomotor system.
